These terms govern your use of websites operated by STL Sites, short for Speed to Lead Sites (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on behalf of local service businesses, and the messaging services described below.

SMS messaging terms

Quote request forms on websites we operate include an optional text message checkbox, which is unchecked by default. By checking that box and submitting the form, you consent to receive text messages from us relating to that request. If you leave the box unchecked, no text messages are sent.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract with any business. Pricing, availability, and scheduling are determined solely by the business you contacted. We are not a party to any agreement between you and that business, and we do not perform the services requested.

Website services

For business clients, we provide website design, hosting, and lead-notification services. Specific scope, pricing, and terms are set out in the individual agreement with each client. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Lead alert texts for business clients: When a business signs up for our service, on our client sign-up form or on the printed service agreement, the owner provides a mobile number and can check an optional box, unchecked by default, agreeing to receive lead alert text messages from STL Sites (Speed to Lead Sites) each time a quote request is submitted on their website. Message frequency varies with the number of requests received. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to lead alert texts is optional; alerts are always sent by email as well.

Payments, renewal and cancelling

Two ways to pay. Option 1 is a one-time $500 setup payment when you sign up, then $79 a month starting one month later. Option 2 is $140 a month starting when you sign up, which drops to $79 a month after 12 payments. The amount shown on the checkout page is the amount charged.

Automatic monthly payments. The monthly payment is charged automatically each month to the card you provide, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Cancelling. The service is month to month, with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time by texting 470-723-1160 or emailing [email protected]. Once you cancel, no further monthly payments are taken, and the service continues to the end of the month you have already paid for.

Refunds. If you change your mind before your site goes live, tell us and we refund everything you have paid. Once your site is live, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, use our forms to send unsolicited or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual property

Website designs, code, and content we produce remain our property until paid in full, at which point agreed deliverables transfer to the client as set out in their agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our websites or messaging services, including missed or delayed messages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
